EASE OF DOING BUSINESS IN PARAÑAQUE
Reduction of costs and simplification of processes necessary to do business in Paranaque to encourage residents to establish their businesses in the city. Granting of tax exemptions, incentives, and reliefs to selected industries to encourage investors to do business in Paranaque.
PROMOTION OF EMPLOYMENT
Increase of the requirement of the Public Employment Services Office (PESO) for businesses to employ Parañaqueños from 40% up to 80% to provide more jobs to our residents and to aid our new college graduates to secure employment.
ADDITIONAL CAPACITY TO PURCHASE LANDS IN MISSION AREAS
As a result of the increase in revenue due to the increase of investors and increase of employment , the city shall have additional capacity to purchase or expropriate lands located in mission areas and to eventually award them to Parañaqueños residing therein.
BARANGAY LEGAL CONSULTANTS
Appointment of lawyers in each barangay who shall provide legal assistance to the residents therein and the Barangay itself. Dahil sa ating lungsod, walang Parañaqueno ang dapat naaapi at wala din dapat nang-aapi.
INCREASE OF LOCAL HEALTHCARE BENEFITS
Establishment of the Paranaque Care Card that will provide additional life and health insurance, medical benefits, discounts from affiliated clinics, drugstores, and hospitals. The Paranaque Care Card can also be used as proof of residence here in the city.
